Three places, for loft, extension and kitchen firms in London, Oxford, Reading, Bristol, and Brighton and Hove.

Until you are top three: Nothing to pay
Top three means: 13 of 25 spots on your map, for one search we agree, on two scans at least six days apart
Once you are there: A monthly fee, agreed on the call before you sign anything, from the following month
Minimum once you are there: Three months, then month to month on 30 days’ notice
Any month out of the top three: Free
Not there 90 days after we start: You owe nothing and keep the work
Why nothing up front: We need three case studies, so we are paid only once you can see the result
After you apply: If your firm fits, you see your own map on a 20 minute call, by phone or video, before you sign anything
